İpek Pamuk carries out its production under the authorisation and supervision of the Turkish Ministry of Health and holds TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) Quality Conformity and Manufacturing Competence certification. In line with its high quality objectives, the company has also obtained TS EN ISO 9001:2000 certification from TÜV NORD CERT GmbH Co.KG, TS EN ISO 9001:2015 certification from TÜV AUSTRIA, and a Quality Competence Certificate for the UK market from SGS-UK. Incoming raw materials and auxiliary materials, production processes and finished products are inspected in the quality control laboratory in accordance with these standards and defined specifications. All records are retained for the period required to ensure traceability.
